§1[GENERAL PROVISIONS] 1. This document defines the Privacy Policy of GP Elektro Automatic Sp. z o.o. store, which includes regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of other data provided by the User to the Service. 2. The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral attachment to the Terms and Conditions. §2[DEFINITIONS] The terms used in this document mean: 1. User - GP Elektro Automatic Sp. z o.o., Inwalidów Wojennych 10, 43-603 Jaworzno, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 632-201-05-62. §3[PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA] 1. The Administrator is the Data Controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016. 2. The Administrator processes data to the extent, for the time, and for the purposes indicated each time in the content provided under the forms used to collect personal data from the User. 3. Personal data will only be disclosed to trusted subcontractors of the Administrator, such as IT service providers, accounting firms, and administration. §4[USER'S RIGHTS] 1. In the event of a change in personal data, the User should update it by sending a relevant message to the Administrator. 2. The User has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, and restriction of their processing. Additionally, they have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of personal data. 3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. 4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but the lack of consent to the processing of data prevents the use of the Service. 5. The Administrator may refuse to delete the User's personal data if retaining the data is necessary due to an obligation imposed on the Administrator by the provisions of the law. §5[TECHNICAL DATA PROTECTION] 1. The Administrator uses all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of User's personal data and protect it against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. Information is stored and processed on servers with a high level of security, in compliance with the necessary security measures required by Polish law. 2. The Administrator undertakes to store backup copies containing the User's personal data. 3. The entrusted data is stored on high-quality equipment and servers in appropriately secured information storage centers, accessible only to authorized personnel. 4. The Administrator performs actions related to the processing of personal data in accordance with all legal and technical requirements imposed on them by the provisions regarding the protection of personal data. §6[COOKIE POLICY] 1. For the convenience of Users, the Service uses cookies, among other things, to customize the website to the users' needs and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by a visited website to the user's device. 2. Two types of cookies are used within the Service: "session cookies" and "persistent cookies." "Session cookies" are temporary files that are stored on the User's device until logging out, leaving the website, or closing the web browser software. In accordance with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP queries directed to our server (server logs). Therefore, we store: a. IP addresses from which users browse the informational content of our website. b. Time of the query's arrival. c. Time of sending the response. d. Client station name - identification carried out by the HTTP protocol. e. Information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction. f. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link). g. Information about the user's browser. 2. Data collected in server logs is used solely for the purpose of administering the Service. 3. Collected logs are stored for an unspecified period as auxiliary material used to administer the Service. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the Service. Based on log files, statistics can be generated to assist in administration. The collective summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any features identifying the persons visiting the website. §8[CONTACT] 1. The User can contact the Administrator at any time to obtain information about whether and how the Administrator uses their personal data. 2.
